Welcome to Nourishing Big-Feeling Kids with Confidence

We’re so glad you are here.

This course is designed for overwhelmed parents of children (ages 2–8) who experience feeding difficulties, sensory sensitivities, or big behaviors—whether these challenges are formally diagnosed or not.

You’re not alone, and you don’t need to figure this out without support.

What You Can Expect

This course is here to empower you with practical, realistic tools to support your child’s nutrition, eating habits, and overall well-being. We’ll help you understand your child’s challenges through a lens of trust-building, sensory awareness, and nurturing relationships with food.

You’ll learn:

  • How nutrition impacts behaviour, mood, and focus (and how to foster child eating competence and positive food relationships)
  • How to stay grounded when you feel blamed or dismissed
  • Strategies to reduce overwhelm and find support during uncertainty or long diagnostic wait times
  • How to create a solid, realistic foundation for positive change

How to Use This Course

Pace Yourself

You can go at your own pace. This course is designed to be flexible and family-friendly—no need to rush or aim for perfection. Each module builds on the last, and our recommendation is to aim for a module a week to allow time to make small practical changes and ask questions that arise as you go.

Support Along the Way

We know parenting can feel isolating, especially when challenges arise. Throughout this course, you’ll have access to supportive tools and an online community to share your wins and ask all questions that arise.
